Employment Placement

Once a client obtains an employment opportunity, staff will provide direct training and support at the work site for a pre-determined number of work shifts. Our aim is to encourage orientation and training such that the client and host employer build a working rapport that results in a successful employment offer being confirmed.

Once an employment outcome has been secured, Arch Enterprises staff will provide ongoing support intended to nurture job stability and ongoing information sharing for the client, employer, and co-workers at the work site.

Clients may receive support with any or all employment search components ranging from career interest scans to resume development, job search and interview support.
