Outreach
Our Outreach Services model is designed to support individuals living in their own homes or other non-residential settings who do not require overnight support. This program is especially helpful for those facing a crisis or immediate need for assistance. Outreach services offer support tailored to meeting your unique daily living skills (DLS) needs or help to develop independent living skills and reduce social isolation.
Our support aims to enhance and sustain quality of life and independence within the community. Support hours are flexible and tailored to individual preferences. From practical tasks like bus training to complex needs such as coordinating access to emergency services, Arch Enterprises offers a continuum of support. Outreach services work alongside other Arch programs and external resources to ensure a holistic support system for each client.
